Dieses Modell bietet einen kalibrierten, verst\u00e4rkten Ausgang mit \u00fcberlegenen Ausgangsoffset-Eigenschaften. Ausgangsoffsetfehler aufgrund von Temperatur\u00e4nderungen, Stabilit\u00e4t bei Erw\u00e4rmung, Stabilit\u00e4t \u00fcber einen langen Zeitraum und Positionsempfindlichkeit sind im Vergleich zu herk\u00f6mmlichen Kompensationsmethoden deutlich reduziert. Dar\u00fcber hinaus verwendet der Sensor eine mikrobearbeitete Siliziumstruktur mit erh\u00f6hter Spannungskonzentration, die einen sehr linearen Ausgang zum gemessenen Druck liefert.   <\/p>\n<p>Diese kalibrierten und temperaturkompensierten Sensoren liefern ein genaues und stabiles Ergebnis \u00fcber einen gro\u00dfen Temperaturbereich. Diese Serie ist f\u00fcr die Verwendung mit nicht-korrosiven, nicht-ionischen Arbeitsfl\u00fcssigkeiten wie Luft, trockenen Gasen und dergleichen vorgesehen. <\/p>\n<p>Der Ausgang des Ger\u00e4ts ist ratiometrisch zur Versorgungsspannung und funktioniert mit jeder Gleichspannung zwischen 4,5 und
