Wie das VSO\u00ae-Miniatur-Proportionalventil bietet auch das VSO\u00ae-Low-Flow-Miniatur-Proportionalventil eine pr\u00e4zise Durchflussregelung des Gases proportional zum Eingangsstrom. Das Ventil kann entweder mit Gleichstrom oder mit Pulsweitenmodulation gesteuert werden und bietet durch den geschlossenen Regelkreis eine optimale Systemleistung.
