OXY Series

The OXY series offers a variety of housing styles, all constructed from stainless steel, making them ideal for demanding and polluted environments, such as boiler exhausts.

All Sensors’ zirconium dioxide oxygen sensors utilise a distinctive closed-loop measurement system. While continuously measuring oxygen levels, the sensors also generate a heartbeat signal, providing an immediate alert in case of any failure.

Thanks to non-depleting sensor cell technology, these sensors have a long operational life of up to 10 years, depending on the application. They require no reference gas, and single-point calibration can be easily performed in any known gas, including fresh air. The OXY zirconia oxygen sensors provide a linear output signal, measuring oxygen levels from as low as 0.1% to as high as 100% O₂, and feature a fast response time of just four seconds.
