Zirconia Oxygen Sensor Interface Board

The OXY-PCB Oxygen Sensor Interface Electronics supplies the required electronics to power and control All Sensors’ range of zirconium dioxide oxygen sensors.

The OXY-PCB oxygen sensor interface electronics can be configured by the user to output measurement ranges of either 0-25% O₂ or 0-100% O₂. Both measurement ranges are fully linear and offer three output options: 0-10V, 4-20 mA, and RS232 interface.

Calibration of the OXY-PCB can be performed in fresh air (20.7% O₂) or in any other known O₂ concentration, either automatically or manually via an external trigger, or by using an on-board push button. The electronics feature power and sensor operation LEDs, as well as removable polarised screw terminals for simplified wiring.

The adaptive software filtering ensures a rapid sensor response along with stable oxygen output.
